Autism Support Associate

Pangea Inclusive Support Inc. is looking to add to the Pangea Team with specialized associates who bring experience and perspective in working with those with an ASD diagnosis.

The candidate will support the team with planning for and executing service plans for clients.

The ideal candidates will have at least two years' experience, confidence in their skills to provide a safe environment and manage escalations when with the clients.

The candidate will maintain critical thinking skills throughout the service and tend to the client's goals of adventure, community participation, emotional regulation, behaviour management, and life‑skills training.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant college diploma
• First Aid and CPR C
• Non‑violent crisis intervention (or UMAB or Safe Management)
• G driver's licence
