Develops basic technical memoranda related to design issues for clients. Prepares preliminary design reports (PDRs) under supervision. Reviews basic to highly complex component level shop drawings. Provides responses to requests for information (RFIs) under supervision. Performs field acceptance testing (FATs) and field inspections.
