Automation Engineer – Weld Cell Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with experience in robotic weld cell systems to support, improve, and optimize automated manufacturing processes within a heavy industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintaining automated welding equipment, robotic systems, PLCs, and associated controls infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support automated weld cell systems and related controls.
• Program and maintain PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems, and automation networks.
• Support robotic welding applications including setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, robotic, and controls-related issues in production equipment.
