Automation Solution Manager

• Deeply understand pharma clients’ business pain points and production processes. Lead the design of competitive end-to-end automation solutions including DCS, SCADA and PLC based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team in project bidding; be responsible for drafting and reviewing technical proposals, as well as clarifying technical solutions with clients.
• Keep track of the latest automation trends in the pharmaceutical industry and competitor developments, and provide professional technical input for the company’s product strategy and market positioning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working for automation solution providers serving the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream automation system.
• Strong business communication skills; English as working language is preferred.
