Automations Engineer (Business Operations)

About the Role

We're looking for an Automations Engineer (Business Operations) to help us design, build, and scale intelligent automation across the organisation.
This role focuses on using agentic AI, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code tools to eliminate manual work, improve data flow, and enhance how teams operate - across marketing, sales, training operations, and customer service.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational pain points into automated, reliable, and scalable systems.
