The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to vehicle pickup. This role requires strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Service Advisor will coordinate with technicians to provide accurate estimates and ensure timely completion of services, including oil changes, brake repairs, engine and transmission repairs, steering and suspension work, tire services, and more.
