Job Description
Lead training initiatives at a global aviation company as the Aviation Technical Training and Development Manager in Montreal, Québec. This role focuses on developing impactful training strategies and programs.
You'll be responsible for aligning training initiatives with business goals, assessing training needs, and delivering engaging learning experiences. Collaborating with managers, you will design and implement both company-wide and individualized training plans. You will also utilize traditional and modern learning methods while evaluating their effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Learning Management System and training calendar
