Job Summary

We are seeking talented and motivated individuals for the role of Chapter Lead, Backend Engineer. Successful candidates will be experienced programmers who can lead a team, develop user stories, write test cases, debug code, design, and develop solutions in an environment with constant collaborative discussions. An ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment, design, code, deploy and participate in the release deployment cycle and work with multiple squads or hives to deliver complex features, epics and releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum experience of 12+ years in IT industry with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in RESTful API, SpringBoot 3.x, SpringBatch
• Should have knowledge on Relational or No‑SQL Databases
• Should be able to come up with Technical Solution diagrams and Architecture for initiatives
