AVP, HRIS & Analytics (2 year contract)

As part of a fast‑paced HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of SGX’s HRIS ecosystem, balancing robust operational maintenance (BAU) with the independent delivery of complex HR technology transformations. As a technical specialist, you will ensure system stability and data integrity across Core HR and Talent modules, while leveraging programming and advanced analytics to drive process automation and high‑level data storytelling for executive decision‑making.
