About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Project Controls to lead project planning, cost management, budgeting, and project control functions across our residential and housing development projects.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
