Job Description

TG Singapore is looking for an IT Support professional to provide Level 2 support for Windows Server and Linux environments, with a focus on AWS services. The role requires over 5 years of experience in OS support and 2 years working with AWS, including troubleshooting and incident management skills.

The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and skilled in scripting and documentation. A range of certifications is preferred, including AWS and Microsoft qualifications.
