Required Skills / Experience


Azure Platform Support

  • Experience troubleshooting Azure App Services
  • Understanding of Azure networking concepts related to App Services
  • Ability to diagnose application deployment, runtime, and connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with Azure resource permissions and RBAC

Application Insights / Monitoring

  • Strong comfort level with Azure Application Insights
  • Ability to query and analyze logs using Kusto Query Language (KQL)
  • Experience identifying application failures, performance bottlenecks, and exception traces
  • Ability to use provided troubleshooting KQL queries and adapt them as needed
