A specialist in high quality and ergonomic furniture has an exciting opportunity for a B2 B Customer Support Representative to join their team.
Salary: R20 000 - R25 000 Per month | Type: Permanent | Start: ASAP | Location: Full-time office based | Observatory Duties & Responsibilities

Duties: Process orders and quotes Manage (and resolve) issues as rapidly and accurately as possible Field calls and emails from clients and process these orders Handle issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries to error resolution) Participate in short daily WIP meetings Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution Enter details into CRM Generate case or order acknowledgments Inside Sales will route customer-service issues and orders to you for processing Transfer inquiries to Inside Sales when customers are unsure of their requirements (i.e., they don't have a list of required SKUs) Package & Remuneration
