Summary:
LeadAdvisors is engaging B2B Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to run multi-touch outbound — cold call, email, and LinkedIn — against our ICP and book qualified discovery calls for the Closer team. You work from a vetted target list, follow proven cadences, and have a clear path to a Closer seat within 12–18 months for top performers. This is an independent-contractor engagement, fully remote, reporting to the Outbound Team Lead.
What You'll Own:
  • Database reactivation. Re-engage LeadAdvisors' existing client and prospect database — we have an established BPO footprint and a backlog of accounts looking for outsourcing, digital growth, automation, and lead generation.
  • Decision-maker outreach. Build direct conversations with business owners, founders, VPs, and other stakeholders at target accounts.
