Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies, according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment to meet food safety standards.
  • Decorate and package baked items for display or customer orders, maintaining consistency and aesthetic appeal.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a baker, with a strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling/storage of ingredients.
