Baker

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team in Faisalabad. The Head Baker will oversee and manage all aspects of our bakery operations. This is a full‑time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute menu plans for baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Supervise and train other bakers in the preparation and baking process.
• Ensure high‑quality standards are met for all baked goods.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for baking supplies and ingredients.
• Oversee food safety and sanitation procedures in the bakery.
• Develop new recipes and innovate existing ones to keep up with market trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special orders or events.
