Job Description

A baker prepares and produces a variety of baked goods, such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following recipes and ensuring high-quality standards. They manage ingredients, operate baking equipment, and maintain a clean workspace. Bakers may also design custom baked goods and monitor inventory.

  • Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and equipment.
  • Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or culinary certification (preferred).
