Job Description

  • Prepare and bake breads according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately using appropriate equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.).
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures, adjusting as necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, tools, and baking equipment.
  • Estimate daily production quantities based on sales trends, customer demand, and store inventory to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
  • Assist in tracking inventory and alerting the supervisor when ingredients are running low.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and improve recipes or introduce new products.
  • Work efficiently to meet production deadlines, especially during peak hours or holidays.
  • With experience working in any bakery or bakeshop
