Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare & produce cake sponge, fillings, buttercream & other desserts.
- Discuss and develop new products & flavours.
- Maintain adequate supply of all prepared products on hand & ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.
- Maintain cleanliness & orderliness of your work station everyday.
- At least one year experience in commercial kitchen.
- Posses knowledge of baking techniques.
- Posses problem solving skills.
- Self motivated & responsible in your job scope.
- Maintain high standard of work ethics.
- Able to work in team.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
