Glebe House is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team. This is a bank role.
Glebe House is a residential service located in the Georgian market town of Caistor, near Marken Rasen, Lincolnshire. The home supports 24 males and females with mental health needs. We are located semi‑rurally, on the north‑west edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Glebe House can support individuals to step down from hospital settings. We can also support people who have other conditions or needs alongside their primary mental health diagnosis. This includes people with:
- A learning disability or individuals on the autism spectrum
- Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
- Communication difficulties
