Bartender

Scofflaw is a neighborhood cocktail bar in Logan Square known for seasonal drink menus, thoughtful hospitality, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

We’re seeking a professional, disciplined bartender who is passionate about warm hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. The right candidate pays attention to the small details that make service special, has strong classic cocktail knowledge, and maintains an active interest in continuing to learn about spirits and cocktails.

Bartenders at Scofflaw are responsible for setting up the bar, completing daily prep, taking and preparing beverage orders, ringing in food orders, and maintaining a clean and organized bar throughout service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of cocktail bartending experience

• Availability for at least two weekday shifts

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
