Description

As a Bartender at Dreamland, reporting to the management team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding hospitality by serving a diverse selection of drinks from independent brewers and businesses. You’ll be mixing, pouring, chatting, and making sure every guest leaves an experience to remember - all in the name of ‘Exceptional Hospitality’.

This position is well suited to someone with a strong interest in being a part of KERB, ideally, with a good understanding of casual food and beverage service. You should have experience working in a fast-paced setting, with a keen eye for spotting upselling opportunities.

Whilst experience in high-volume bars or hospitality is highly desirable, the most important qualities you bring to the role are a positive/flexible attitude and excellent communication skills.
