Bartender Responsibilities

• Greet guests, accurately take food and drink orders, and enter them into the point of sale system. 

• Recognize intoxicated guests, refuse to over-serve guests, and seek out management with any concerns about a guest that appears intoxicated.

• Account for and maintain the security of all bar stock and inventory.

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes. 

• Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies.
