Job Description
We are looking for a BASE24 eps Application Support professional to provide L2/L3 support for critical payment systems, ensuring high availability, transaction stability, and card scheme compliance.
Experience - 4 to 14 Years
Location - PAN India
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for BASE24 eps applications and interfaces
- Monitor and troubleshoot authorization, switching, routing, and settlement issues
- Analyze transaction failures using logs, traces, and ISO 8583 messages
- Support Visa, Mastercard, Amex scheme mandates and certifications
- Manage incidents, changes, deployments, and production cutovers
- Coordinate with development, QA, infra, and external partners
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
