Exact Staff is currently hiring in Sanger, CA for a Batch Master!

Join a production team where your attention to detail and commitment to quality standards make a direct impact. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production batches and ensuring all product temperatures, heat exchanger settings, and flow rates meet operational standards in full compliance with GMPs and HACCP guidelines.


Schedule: 1st/2nd Shift Available
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR


Responsibilities:


Ingredient Preparation:

  • Obtain ingredients from designated storage areas

  • Pre-weigh and measure ingredients according to batch instructions

    • Mixing and Batching:

  • Operate machinery to mix and blend ingredients to specified formulations

  • Ensure accurate ingredient ratios and mixing times
