Battery Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support the setup and commissioning of battery production lines, including equipment installation and process validation
• Develop, implement, and optimize battery manufacturing processes (e.g., cell assembly, formation, aging, and testing)
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production targets
• Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
• Ensure all production processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to improve overall manufacturing performance
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and yield enhancement
