One Step Forward is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one on one ABA therapy services to children in Fair Lawn, Hawthorne, and surrounding Bergen County areas. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children and want to help build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.

You'll work directly with children while receiving ongoing support from experienced BCBAs in a structured and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
