Behavioral Health Technician –Crisis Residential | $18–$22/hr |
We’re hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support a 24-hour crisis residential program for adults, an alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health.
Schedule:
Per Diem | 12-hour shifts
Days (8AM–8PM) or Nights (8PM–8AM)
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and monitor clients in a structured setting
- Support daily living activities and appropriate behaviors
- Document observations, symptoms, and incidents
- Communicate updates to the clinical team during shift report
