Behaviour & Inclusion Support Specialist

Ormiston Horizon Academy is looking for a Behaviour Inclusion Assistant to manage the behaviour and learning of pupils during their attendance in internal inclusion rooms. In this role, you will work closely with students to help them re-engage with learning and return successfully to their classes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding children. This role plays a key part in promoting an inclusive educational environment.
