We are working with a well-organised secondary school in Sunderland to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant for supply and long-term opportunities. The school places strong emphasis on consistency, clear boundaries and positive relationships to support pupils who struggle with behaviour and engagement.

About the role


  • Provide targeted behaviour support across the school day


  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need extra guidance

  • Reinforce behaviour expectations and routines
