Behavioural support assistant

Every classroom has pupils who need a little extra support to thrive. Some need encouragement. Some need consistency. Others need someone who understands that behaviour is communication.

We're looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to work across a range of SEMH schools, alternative provisions, and specialist settings. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who can build trust, stay positive, and help young people navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

You’ll be supporting pupils who may have experienced barriers to education and helping them develop the confidence, resilience, and skills they need to succeed.
