The Bellman is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by assisting guests with luggage handling, escorting them to and from their rooms, and providing information about the hotel’s facilities and services. As a key member of the Front Office team, the Bellman creates a positive first and last impression for guests while ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist with luggage transportation and storage
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, dining outlets, local attractions, and transportation options
- Coordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
