Warehouse Operative – Bendi FLT Driver (Redditch)

Recruitable Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Redditch.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience, ideally within part‑picking, who is confident operating both Bendi and Counterbalance FLT trucks.

The successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day warehouse operation, picking parts accurately, moving stock safely and helping ensure goods are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking parts and preparing orders accurately
• Operating Bendi and Counterbalance FLT trucks safely
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods where required
• Checking stock, labels and paperwork for accuracy
