Reporting to the Director of International Benefits, the Canada Benefits Manager will support the design, execution and governance of integrated benefits, pension, savings and well‑being programs that align with organizational goals, values and purpose.

The role will also support the Director and the Canada Head of HR assessing needs, evaluating cost‑effectiveness opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing or assisting with audits and related activities in order to be responsive to the Company’s goals and to ensure that the Company’s benefits are competitive within the Canadian market.
