Benefits Specialist

Overview:

We’re hiring a Benefits Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programs and serve as a helpful, reliable resource for employees.

You’ll be the person people go to when they have questions, need help, or just want someone to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. You’ll handle enrollments, updates, and ensure everything stays accurate and organized behind the scenes.

Benefits can be confusing. Deductibles, coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximums… they all sound important, and most people aren’t totally sure what the difference is.

That’s where you come in.

If you’ve worked in benefits before (either internally at a company or on the insurance side), you already know how important the details are… and how much people rely on you to get things right.
