Role Overview

Lead large-scale transformation initiatives for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients, driving process excellence, digital innovation, and AI-led interventions. This role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes across global programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs across BFSI accounts
  • Drive process excellence using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Design and implement digital and AI-led solutions (automation, analytics, CX tools)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients; lead executive presentations and solution discussions
  • Partner with operations, technology, and solution teams to deliver scalable outcomes
  • Build and mentor high-performing transformation teams
