AtkinsRéalis seeks a Bid Lead to drive complex proposals in the Nuclear Canada Business Unit. Oversee and enhance proposal activities to ensure quality submissions that align with client expectations and strategic objectives.
This leadership role reports to the Manager of Bids & Strategy, managing a diverse team to produce competitive bids. You will coordinate major proposal elements while collaborating across various disciplines, ensuring compliance and adherence to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead bid teams for major proposals on time
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and outlines
• Review and edit proposal content for quality
• Manage proposal review workshops, including Red and Gold Teams
• Ensure adherence to corporate branding and style guidelines
