Job Description :

Conexus Studio is seeking to recruit creative individuals with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing innovative workplace design that accentuate our client's corporate image and provide their employees with a conducive and pleasant workplace.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle incoming leads and opportunities, and compile for Management's qualifications.
• Lead the development of compelling and compliant RFP responses and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content.
• Organize and disseminate tender addendums and clarifications and provide timely responses.
• Ensure that RFP submissions meet all requirements, including those related to format, content, and timeline.
