Miratech is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager based in València d'Àneu, Spain. The successful candidate will have a strong background in BI, DWH, and data platforms, integral to ensuring reliable and high-quality data services for a multinational financial services client.

Responsibilities include managing service delivery, SLA fulfillment, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and interpersonal skills and manage a team effectively while communicating in both Spanish and English.
