Job Description
I'm looking for a **female** admin support customer service rep to personally assist me with the following tasks:
**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls
- Perform outgoing calls
- Data entry in multiple software platforms
- Scheduling
**Requirements**:
- Native or close to native English listening, speaking and writing skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Detail orientation
- Customer service experience
- Ability to pass a background check
Hours
First 3 weeks of training
Thursday - Sunday 10am - 8pm
After 3 weeks of training
M-F 9am to 5pm MST (March - Nov 9am to 5pm Guadalajara time) (Nov-March 10am to 6 pm Guadalajara time)
This schedule is in US Central Standard Time (MST). Please keep in mind this Time zone is affected by Daylight Saving Time changes in the months of November and March.
