Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

Location: Calgary, AB

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day | 100% in-office

Job Type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, create, and respond to CRM activities related to existing accounts and new account setup, including pricing and tax exemptions
  • Create and maintain customer master data in D365 CRM for Sales and Credit teams (Direct Sales, Retail, Wholesale Distributors, and fuel card accounts)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Asset Management, Credit, and Invoicing to support account setup and ongoing customer needs
  • Ensure the accuracy, security, and reliability of customer and fuel supply information
  • Generate reports based on customer needs and provide recommendations and best practices for utilizing product management platforms
