Elevate your customer service skills as a Bilingual Digital Business Customer Support Agent. This full-time role at TPCA allows for remote work outside Ontario, focusing on problem resolution and user support.

As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent, you will assist customers with Audiconnect vehicle concerns and manage cases using Salesforce CRM. The position requires you to handle both technical troubleshooting and customer support for demanding users, while ensuring privacy and effective communication in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide problem resolution for app login and subscription issues
• Manage customer cases in Salesforce, including escalated ones
• Assist all user levels, focusing on difficult, non-technical customers
• Troubleshoot issues while maintaining customer privacy
• Report chronic operational and vehicle issues
