Elevate IT support at Insight Global as a bilingual Service Desk Analyst. You'll manage customer inquiries and provide support for a range of technologies in both French and English.
Insight Global is on the lookout for two bilingual Service Desk Analysts. With a focus on outstanding customer service, you’ll assist corporate users and 70 retail locations in New Brunswick. Essential skills include desktop support, cloud-based technologies, and mobile device management, ensuring swift and effective resolutions to user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for diverse IT hardware and software
• Manage multiple incidents from initial contact to resolution
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles for user guidance
• Escalate complex issues to tier 2/3 support as necessary
