Billing Executive (Fixed-term)

The candidate is required to perform UAT for Billing Consumer Services or Products. Understand requirements, plan test scenarios, execute them in the testing environment, ensure completion within schedule, document results, conduct briefing, and handover to operations where necessary.

Ensure system enhancements or schemes have proper processes and controls to maintain billing quality and integrity. Coordinate with and manage the vendor (TMO outsource team).

• Liaise with stakeholders (Product managers, marketing, engineering, IS) to finalize billing requirements and explain processes to business users.
• Prepare the test plan before testing starts, including defining user‑acceptance criteria and designing test cases.
