Billing Specialist I

The Billing Specialist I plays a critical role in supporting SkySwitch Partners by managing billing inquiries, resolving invoice discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. This role works closely with billing, onboarding, and support teams to support smooth monthly bill runs and positive partner experiences. It is a hands‑on operational position ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and partner communications while building a long‑term career within a global telecom organization.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Bacolod City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
