The Mission

Your primary goal is to translate project site requirements into clear, prioritized work packages for the engineering design team. You must possess an exceptional, eagle-eye understanding of structural design drawings to evaluate urgency, spot potential issues early, and ensure the team's total output matches our rapid manufacturing pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Priority & Workflow Management: Take ownership of the engineering team’s schedule. Assess incoming project timelines and site urgencies to assign daily and weekly priorities to designers and detailers.
• Drawing & Model Governance: Conduct high-level reviews of structural design drawings and 3D Tekla/AutoCAD models. You must have a strong technical understanding to catch coordination gaps before they disrupt production.
