Role Title : BIM Modeler - PHE Design Responsible for designing and Revit drafting of PHE , ensuring they are efficient, safe, environmentally responsible, and compliant with regulations under the guidance of Design Managers and AVP. Areas of Accountability: Design Development: Partner with architects, Landscape, structural, Mechanical & Electrical experts to develop comprehensive PHE design plans and concepts in line with project demands under the guidance of Design manager and PHE Head. Sustainable Design: Ensure that PHE designs prioritize sustainability, energy efficiency, and minimize environmental impact, aligning with green building principles and regulations under the guidance of Design manager and PHE Head.
