Job Description

  • Machine Operation & Setup: Safely start, monitor, and shut down blow molding equipment (e.g., Extrusion or Injection Blow Molding). 
  • Parameter Control: Adjust machine settings—such as heating temperatures, air pressure, and cycle times—to ensure parison/preform quality. 
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect finished products for wall thickness, weight consistency, and structural defects. 
  • Material Management: Load plastic resins and colorants into hoppers and safely regrind surplus material or rejected workpieces for reuse.
