BMS Engineering Coordinator / BMS Admin Assistant Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our engineering team in handling Building Management System (BMS) documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks. This role ensures all project paperwork is properly prepared, tracked, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist engineers in preparing and compiling BMS documentation: Method Statements (MS)Risk Assessments (RA)Shop Drawings O&M Manuals Testing & Commissioning (T&C) reports
  • Maintain proper filing and document control (softcopy & hardcopy)
  • Track submission status and follow up with engineers, consultants, and clients
  • Prepare daily/weekly project reports and progress updates
  • Liaise with site team, subcontractors, and suppliers for document collection
  • Ensure all documents comply with project and authority requirement...
