Job Summary:

The BMS Operator will assist the Maintenance Engineer in monitoring all Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure that environmental systems operate within specified parameters and that all building systems function efficiently and reliably. The role involves identifying deviations from system specifications, coordinating with technicians and staff to resolve issues, and assisting in calibration and fine-tuning of control systems.
